Evaluators

The Jobs to Careers initiative is being evaluated by the University of North Carolina Institute on Aging. The chief evaluators are Bob Konrad, Ph.D., and Jennifer Craft Morgan, Ph.D. Both hold appointments as researchers at UNC Institute on Aging, UNC Chapel Hill.

Established in 1996, the Institute on Aging has a mission to enhance the well-being of older people in North Carolina by fostering state-wide collaboration in research, education, and service. Its researchers promote collaborative, basic and applied research in gerontology, and develop innovative programs of education and practice, including studies of the aging workforce and evaluations of programs to develop skills of frontline caregivers. The institute also provides state-of-the-art information to policy makers, program managers, service providers, clinicians, and the general public.
